Terms of Service

 
  1. Once you have decided on a particular style, I then advise you to take your measurements and send them to me for the best possible fit. Although in each design you can order a particular size, you are encouraged to send your measurements, rather than size, when ordering, as sizes from brand to brand change.

  2. Payment is made securely via Stripe payments, using your credit card.

  3. As soon as payment is received I will contact you regarding your order to let you know the time frame to expect your order.

  4. I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

    Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

  5. Penelope Red will accept exchanges on items that do not fit, however, the shipment back to Penelope Red, and back to the customer, is the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to contact me within 14 days from date of shipment, if you need to exchange a garment.

    Please note all sale items will not be refundable.

  6. I don’t accept cancellations of an order, or change of mind. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

  7. The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised orders

    • Items on sale (They can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value if the fit is not right.)
